Leedon Ltd was founded in Lincoln in 1998 by Lee Pettefer with a simple goal — deliver quality construction, roofing and maintenance work that people can rely on. Over the years, the business has grown to include facilities management, commercial and domestic gas services, air source heat pump installations and passive fire protection through Leedon Fire.

Started in Lincoln, still here
Lee Pettefer founded Leedon Ltd in 1998 after years working in the construction trade. The business was built around one principle: do the job properly, treat people fairly, and the reputation will follow.
Today, Leedon Ltd is a family-run operation. Scott Pettefer works alongside Lee, and the wider team brings decades of combined experience across construction, roofing, renovation, facilities management, gas work, air source heat pump installations and passive fire protection.
We work with homeowners and businesses across Lincoln and the surrounding area, taking on projects of all sizes with the same level of care and attention to detail.
