Leedon Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. We are a construction, roofing and property maintenance company based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number (optional if email is provided)
• Your email address (optional if phone is provided)
• The type of service you are enquiring about
• Your message

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use advertising cookies or any form of user profiling.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide a quote or arrange work.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct business enquiry that you have initiated. Where an enquiry leads to a contract for works, the basis becomes performance of a contract.

How long we keep your information

Enquiry emails are retained in our email system for up to 2 years from the date of receipt, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry results in a contract for works, records related to that contract are retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your enquiry is delivered to us via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes your data solely to transmit the email to us and is bound by appropriate data processing terms.

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from automated spam. Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser information to verify you are human. No persistent tracking profile is created. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

We also use Vercel Analytics to understand overall website performance and traffic trends. This is configured in cookieless mode and does not set cookies on your device.
